This handmade porcelain vessel, with the phrase"| RUN A TIGHT SHIPWRECK" in Freud's bespoke font stamps imprinted into the body of the ceramic, is glazed in a sheer colour that pools into the lettering to highlight the words. Filled with rose and oud fragranced soy based wax.

‘This scent is inspired by my mother - her beauty, sense of adventure, curiosity and complexity. She encapsulates the comfort of home combined with a well-travelled and mysterious wild side. She was my first love and will always have my heart.’

The light, sweet delicacy of rose is paired with oud; a rare, deep, sensuous resin that comes from the heart of an Aquilaria tree. It summons the ancient sensibility of the Middle East, the spice and souks of lands across time, embracing the romance of rose alongside gentle notes of geranium, violet and amber within its warm, woody smokiness.

A porcelain vessel with each letter individually stamped, then brush glazed. Filled with a soy based wax.

Dimensions are approx 7cm diameter and 9cm tall.

Created in Martha’s london studio in a limited edition of 250. The hand made nature of the individually stamped letters and hand brushed glazing makes each one unique within the edition. Featuring Martha Freud's initialed Maker's Mark on the base.
