Refund policy

Full Returns Policy

We are happy to offer returns on all items from our online store within 14 days of receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.

The postage charge to return an item is to be paid for by the customer. We advise returning any items to us using a trackable service. The returned items are the sender's sole responsibility until they return to our studio.

If the item is damaged when we receive the return, we will not be able to issue a refund, and the item will be returned to the customer.

Exceptions

If your item is bespoke, we will be unable to offer a return. We also cannot accept returns on sale items.

Please note that due to recent changes in duty and handling charges, we no longer offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made outside of Europe.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
